1. How can I place an order on Puredeals?
Placing an order on Puredeals is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
- Browse through our products and select the items you want to buy.
- Add them to your cart.
- Review your order and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your shipping details and select a payment method.
- Complete the payment, and you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
2. What payment methods do you accept?

- Cash on Delivery (Available in select locations)
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, we work quickly to process and ship it. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at puredeals01@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed or shipped.

Yes, we offer free shipping on selected orders. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain value, which will be indicated during checkout. Shipping charges may apply to orders below the minimum threshold.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We apologize if you received a damaged or incorrect item. Please contact us at puredeals01@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will resolve the issue by offering a refund, exchange, or replacement.
7. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Generally, our delivery times are:

8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
